Pengaruh Supply Chain Management Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Melalui Keunggulan Bersaing Pada Pt Perkebunan Nusantara V

Supply Chain Management practices, competitive advantage, and company performance are needed by development of in industry or company at this time. A study aimed to assess the influence of Supply Chain Management (SCM) on performance competitive advantage of companies and the effect of competitive advantage on company performance. A study also to determine the influence of mediation on competitive advantage the Supply Chain Management (SCM) on company performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (PTPN V) Pekanbaru, Riau Province. Population and Sample in this research is 101 employee respondents working in the fields of plants, engineering and processing, production marketing, and raw material selection and procurement at PTPN V. To test the hypotheses of the research, by using path analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that 1) there was a significant influence of Supply Chain Management on competitive advantage, 2) there was a direct and indirect effect of Supply Chain Management on company performance, 3) there was a significant effect on competitive advantage on company performance, 4) there was an indirect effect is 0.249 and direct influence is 0.410 in the mediating role of competitive advantage in Supply Chain Management on company performance in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (PTPN V).
