This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health,
work discipline and work morale on employee productivity at PT. Kimia Tirta Utama
Siak Regency. The population in this study includes all permanent employees in the
processing section of PT. Kimia Tirta Utama Siak Regency with a total of 67 people.
Primary data collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the
results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear
regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 21. The sampling technique that
has been selected is the census method, which means all employees of the processing
section at PT. Kimia Tirta Utama Siak Regency.
The results of this study indicate that: 1) occupational safety and health,
work discipline and work morale simultaneously have a significant effect on
employee work productivity at PT. Kimia Tirta Utama Siak Regency, 2) occupational
safety and health partially have a significant effect on employee work productivity at
PT. Kimia Tirta Utama Siak Regency, 3) work discipline, partially has a significant
effect on employee work productivity at PT. Kimia Tirta Utama Siak Regency, 4)
work morale, partially has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT.
