The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Organizational Culture on Total Quality Management Performance. This study also aims to examine whether Leadership moderates the effect of Organizational Culture on Total Quality Management Performance.
Data collection in this study using questionnaire surve. Questionnaires were distributed to 82 people staff Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Provinsi Riau. Questionnaire were given a number of 82 questionnaire can be used and can be processed as a whole. The data collected were processed using Moderated Regression Analysis to test the effect of Organizational Culture on Total Quality Management Performance then be tested to determine the effect of moderating variables, namely the Leadership on the relationship between Organizational Culture on Total Quality Management Performance.
The results indicate a significant influence directly from Organizational Culture on Total Quality Management Performance and also shows that Leadership positively significantly moderate (strengthen) the influence of Organizational Culture on Total Quality Management Performance.
