Analisis Penggunaan Ejaan Dalam Menulis Karangan Narasi Pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 136 Pekanbaru
This research is motivated by the lack of students' understanding of the systematic or procedures for writing spelling. This study aims to describe the use of spelling (use of capital letters, writing words and the use of punctuation) in writing narrative essays in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 136 Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. This research was conducted in class V SD Negeri 136 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all fifth grade students of SD Negeri 136 Pekanbaru, totaling 97 students. The sample used in this study is saturated sample, which is a sampling technique that uses all members of the population. Based on the results of the study it was found that the use of spelling in writing narrative essays of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 136 Pekanbaru was classified in both categorieswith the acquisition of an average score of 63.35.
