Pengaruh Metode Outdoor Learning Terhadap Pengetahuan Peduli Lingkungan Siswa Kelas Iv A SDN 130 Pekanbaru
The aim of this research was to determine the effect of Outdoor Learning method on environmental care knowledge of grade IV A students at Pekanbaru 130 Primary School. The type of this research was a quantitative research using the Pre-Experimental Design method. The research design used in this research was one group pretest posttest design. The subjects of this research were students of class IV A in 130 Pekanbaru Elementary School, totaling 42 students. The data collection techniques using objective test techniques through the pretest and posttest totaling 44 questions that have been validated. The results of this research indicated that students' environmental awareness knowledge has increased. The average pretest score of students was 57.26 after being treated with the outdoor learning method then posttest was done, the average score increased to 74.57 overall the increase (gain) results of knowledge of environmental care by 0.43 which meant that the increase with moderate criteria. Based on the results of research and analysis of data in the data, it was concluded that the method of outdoor learning had an effect on the environmental care knowledge of Grade IV A students of 130 elementary schools in Pekanbaru. It was indicated by the results of t arithmetic that has been done after the treatment obtained significance of 14.41 greater than ttable of 2.02, because tcount was greater than ttable then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.
