Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Kampar
This study aims to analyze the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance.
This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. And this
study aims to analyze the influence of the Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee
Performance.
Data collection in this study used a questionnaire survey. Questionnaires were distributed to 39
employees and 4 honorariums at the Social Service Office of Kampar District. Questionnaires
given a number of 43 questionnaires can be used and can be processed as a whole. The data
collected was processed using Multiple Linear Analysis to test the effect of the Work
Environment and Work Motivation on the Performance of Kampar District Social Service
Employees.
The results showed a significant direct effect of the Work Environment and Work Motivation on
the Performance of Kampar District Social Service Employees.
