Pengaruh Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt.Kunango Jantan Kampar Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening
This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health
(K3) on Job Satisfaction, the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on
Employee Performance, the influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee
Performance, the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Employee
Performance on Satisfaction Work as an intervening variable. The population in
this study were 110 employees of PT. Munango Jantan Kampar. Then the sample
was selected using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 86 employees was
obtained. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires filled out
by respondents.
Data is reprocessed according to the needs of the model used. This
primary data as an instrument to prove the results of research, to test the
hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis with the help of the SPSS.20
program.
The results showed that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) had a
positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Occupational Safety and Health
(K3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Occupational
Safety and Health (K3) has a positive and significant effect on Employee
Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable.
