Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Pengawasan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru. The purpose of
this study was to determine the effect of Work Experience, Work Environment
and Supervision on Employee Job Satisfaction. The study population was all
employees who worked at Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru, totaling 85 people
using the interview, observation and question methods. The research variables
used are Work Experience, Work Environment and Supervision as the
dependent variable and Job Satisfaction as the independent variable. Data
analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS
(Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20.
Based on the hypothesis test conducted, research shows that Work Experience
has a significant effect on employee Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a
significant effect on employee Job Satisfaction, Supervisors have a significant
effect on employee Job Satisfaction. Work experience, work environment and
supervision simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job
satisfaction.
