Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pt. Ekadura Indonesia Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This study aims to determine the effects of compensation and work
motivation to work productivity employees at PT. Ekadura Indonesia Kabupaten
Rokan Hulu. The population in this study includes all employees at factory
department, totaling 143 people.
Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the
result of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is using multiple linear
regression analysis with SPSS 2019. The sampling technique that has been chosen
is the slovin method ( 105 employees at factory department PT. Ekadura
Indonesia Kabupaten Rokan Hulu).
The result showed that : 1). There is a positive and significant effect of
compensation on employees productivity t PT. Ekadura Indonesia Kabupaten
Rokan Hulu. 2). There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation
on employess work productivity PT. Ekadura Indonesia Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.
3). There is a positive and significant effect of compensation, work motivation on
employees productivity PT. Ekadura Indonesia Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.
