This study aims to determine the effect of supervision, occupational safety & health,
and compensation to employees job satisfaction at PT. Surya Intisari Raya II Sungai Mandau
in Kabupaten Siak. The populations in this study include of all permanent employees at PT.
Surya Intisari Raya II Sungai Mandau, totaling 96 people.
Primary data collected by the questionnaires as an instrument to prove the results of
the study to test the hypothesis in this study is to use the multiple linear regression analysis
with the help of SPSS version 21. The sampling technique selected is the census method (96
employees of harvesters at PT. Surya Intisari Raya II Sungai Mandau).
The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence
of supervision, occupational safety & health, and simultaneous compensation to employees
job satisfaction at PT. Surya Intisari Raya II Sungai Mandau in Kabupaten Siak, 2) there is a
positive and significant influence of supervision on employees job satisfaction at PT. Surya
Intisari Raya II Sungai Mandau in Kabupaten Siak, 3) there is a positive and significant
influence on occupational safety & health on employees job satisfaction at PT. Surya Intisari
Raya II Sungai Mandau in Kabupaten Siak, 4) there is a positive and significant effect of
compensation to employees job satisfaction at PT. Surya Intisari Raya II Sungai Mandau in
Kabupaten Siak.
