Pengaruh Locus Of Control, Self Efficacy Terhadap Etika Kerja Islam Dan Kinerja Karyawan Bmt Al-Ittihad Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effects of locus of control, self efficacy on
Islamic work ethics and employees performance at BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru.
The population in this study includes all employees at BMT Al-I-ttihad
Pekanbaru, totaling 45 people.
Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the
result of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is using PLS ( partial
least square )with SMARTPLS. The sampling technique is a method that has been
selected census ( 45 employees at BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru ).
The result showed that : 1). There is a positive and significant effect of
locus of control on the employees performance at BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru. 2).
There is a positive and insignificant effect of self efficacy on the employees at
BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru. 3). There is a positive and significant effect of Islamic
work ethics on the employees performance at BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru. 4).
There is a positive and significant effect of locus of control on the employees
performance through Islamic work ethics at BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru. 5). There
is a positive and significant effect of self eefficacy on the employees performance
through Islamic work ethics at BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru.
