Pengaruh Brand Trust, Brand Image Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Merek Ban Dunlop Di Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of The Effect of Brand
Trust, Brand Image On Purchasing Decisions And Customer Satisfaction Brands
Dunlop Tires in Pekanbaru. The populationin this study include consumers who
naver make purchases Brands Dunlop Tires in Pekanbaru. Collecting data in this
study using a questionnaire as instrument to prove the results of the study, the
hypothesis in this study is the path analysis (path analysis) with SPSS. The sampling
technique for this study using sampling accindentally. The total sample of 100
people. The results showed that: 1) Brand trust Significant and positif impact on the
purchase decision Brands Dunlop Tires in Pekanbaru. 2) Brand Image significant
and positif impact on the purchase decision Brands Dunlop Tires in Pekanbaru. 3)
Brand trust positif impact on the customer satisfaction. 4) Brand Image positif
impact on the customer satisfaction Brands Dunlop Tires in Pekanbaru. 5) purchase
decision positif on customer satisfaction Brands Dunlop Tires in Pekanbaru. 6)
Brand trust positif impact on customer satisfaction through the purchase decision
