Identifikasi Bivalva Di Perairan Pantai Trikora Desa Teluk Bakau Kecamatan Gunung Kijang Provinsi Kepulauan Riau
Trikora Beach is a coral beach that is located in the Teluk Bakau Village. There are many bivalve species present in that area, however, there are limited information on bivalve types present in that area. A research aims to understand the types of bivalve present in that area has been conducted in March 2019. Sampling were done during low tide, in 3 stations, 3 times, once/ week. The bivalves were collected manually using small sovels from the bottom surface, and from the root and stem of the seagrass. Bivalve samples were then identified. Results shown that the bivalves obtained consisted of 4 Ordos, 6 Families and 10 Species, namely Atrina vexillum, Tellinella virgata, Trychardium rugosum, Barbatia foliata, Mactra grandis, Gafrarium pectinatum, Tellina timorensis, Gafrarium divaricatum, Callista lilacina, Fragum unedo. Water quality in the beach were as follows: temperature is 30.1oC, brightness 538 cm, pH 8, dissolved oxygen 6.87 mg / L and salinity 32.1 mg / L.
