The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, organizational culture on employee motivation and performance of PT. Surya Madistrindo Area Pekanbaru. This research is a survey data used is premier data and secondary data of 150 employees at PT. Surya Madistrindo Area Pekanbaru as the object of research. Data collection instruments in the form of a list of questions (Questionnaire) with open questions and closed questions. Methods of data analysis using the validity test, reliability test, path coefficient, and path analysis, the results of this study are useful for the development of science
