Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Komitmen Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Pada Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Ii Pekanbaru
This study aims to see and find out the direct influence of Leadership and Organizational Climate on Employee Performance with Commitment as a Moderation variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Class II Port Health Office in Pekanbaru by using the Mederate Regression Analysis. The sample of this study used census techniques as the entire population as samples.
The results of this study found. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously leadership and organizational climate influence employee performance and organizational commitment is able to strengthen the relationship between leadership and organizational climate on employee performance.
