Analisis Pengaruh Pelatihan, Kepuasan Kerja Dan Teamwork Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepemimpinan Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (PTPN V) Di Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training, job satisfaction and teamwork on employee performance and the role of leadership as a moderating variable. The population of this research is the leadership employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V numbered 509 people with a sample of 120 respondents using the Slovin formula and the probability sampling method. Hypothesis testing uses moderated regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that training, job satisfaction and teamwork have a significant positive effect on employee performance. And leadership acts as a moderating variable that can strengthen the effect of training, job satisfaction and teamwork on employee performance.
