Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Diklat Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Riau
This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of Competence and Training on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The population in this study were employees of the One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office of Riau Province. The number of permanent employees working at the Riau Provincial One-stop Investment and Integrated Services Agency is 118 in 2019, the method of selecting samples is the census method, where the population is sampled. In this study using the path analysis method. The results in this study that Competence and Training have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Competence, Training and Job Satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Competency and Education indirectly through job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance.
