Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri Se Kota Pekanbaru

The purposes of this research was to studied and analyzed the effect of interpersonal communication and work motivation either simultaneously or partially on Teacher Performance at Senior High School (SMA) in Pekanbaru City. The population of this study was 1027 Teachers. The Sample size of this study used the formula Taro Yamane totaly 288 Teachers. The sampling technique used Proportional Random Sampling. The type of data in this study is primary data sourced from Teachers Senior High Scholl in Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that Interpersonal Communication and Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance either simultaneously or partially.
