Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Motivasi KerjaDan Kinerja Perawat Rsud Prof Dr M.A Hanafiah Batusangkar Kabupaten Tanah Datar

This study aims to determine how the effect of training (X) on work motivation (Y) and performance of nurses (Z) on the hospital Prof. Dr. M.AA Hanafiah Batusangkar, Tanah Datar District. The population in this study included nurses in the inpatient department of Prof. Dr. M.A. Hanafiah Batusangkar Tanah Datar District, totaling 58 people. Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with the help of the PLS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method (58 nurses in the Prof. Dr. M.A Hanafiah Batusangkar hospital area Tanah Datar District). The results showed that: 1) there was a positive influence and the critical training on the performance of nurses, 2) there was positive and significant influence training on motivation work, 3) there was positive and significant influence motivation work Against the performance of nurses, 4) there is a positive and significant effect of training on nurses’ performance throughwork motivation of the nurses.
