Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Loyalitas Karyawan Pada Hotel New Hollywood Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership on job satisfaction and loyalty employees at New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru, with 113 respondents. Sampling is saturated sample by making the entire population being sampled.
In this study consisted of four variables: two dependent variable and two independent variables. These variables are Loyalty Employees (Y2), Job Satisfaction (Y1), Organizational Culture (X1), and Leadership (X2). Using path analysis method.
The results showed that: 1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru. 2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru. 3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty Employee at New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru. 4) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty Employee at New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru. 5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty Employees at New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru. 6) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty Employees through job satisfaction at New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru. 7) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty Employees through job satisfaction at New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru.
