Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau Kab. Kuantan Singingi
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation influence on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau Company, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population as well as the sample in this study were all employees of Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau Company, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2018, amounting to 102 people. Data analysis method used is path analysis using SPSS 23 program.
From the results of tests carried out it is known that leadership, work motivation, performance and job satisfaction at Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau Company, Kuantan Singingi Regency are considered to be still not good enough. From the test results it is known that leadership and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau Company, Kuantan Singingi Regency with an influence of 56.7%. Then leadership, motivation and job satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau Company, Kuantan Singingi Regency with an influence of 84.1%. And from the sobel test it is known that leadership and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction of employees of Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau Company, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
Leaders should place employees in accordance with the competencies of employees so that the tasks given can be done well. Then the company is also expected to be able to give appreciation and bonuses to employees for their satisfying work, at least a thank-you note or an expression of pride that is conveyed directly to the person concerned. And to establish a conducive and harmonious relationship between employees and leaders or among fellow employees, a joint refressing activity is needed.
