Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Motivasi Di UMKM Di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership directly on motivation, the effect of training directly on motivation, the direct influence of leadership on performance, the effect of training directly on performance, the direct influence of motivation on performance, the indirect influence of leadership on performance through motivation, and the effect of training indirectly on performance through motivation in the Kuantan Singingi UMKM.
Primary data is obtained based on the distribution of questionnaires directly to the respondents who have been determined while secondary data are supporting documents related to the research variables. The data analysis technique used the path analysis test with the help of the SPSS program.
The results of this study indicate: (i) Leadership directly influences motivation (ii) Training directly influences motivation (iii) Leadership directly influences performance (iv) Training directly influences performance (v) Motivation directly influences performance (vi) Leadership indirectly influences performance through motivation (vii) Training has an indirect influence on performance through motivation in the Kuantan Singingi UMKM.
