Analisis Perbandingan Sikap Konsumen Atas Atribut Produk Teh Pucuk Harum Dan Teh Botol Sosro di Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the Comparative Analysis of Consumer Attitudes on the Product Attributes of the Pucuk Harum Tea and Botol Sosro Tea in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were consumers of Pucuk Harum Tea and Bottol Sosro Tea, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a research sample of 120 respondents, using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used t-test with the help of SPSS 21 program.
The results showed that there were significant differences in Consumer Attitudes towards Harum Shoot Tea Product Attributes with Sosro Bottled Tea. There are differences in the packaging attributes, product features and prices. Based on the results of the description shows that the response of respondents to Pucuk Harum Tea is higher than Sosro Bottled Tea. Tea Pucuk Harum party should add a variant of the packaging in order to retain consumers and get new customers. Teh Botol Sosro is advised to increase brand attributes, product features, guarantees and benefits and reduce prices.
