Pengaruh Total Quality Management Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Dengan Sistem Penghargaansebagai Variabel Moderating Pada PT. Delta Indonesia Pranenggar
This research was conducted at PT. Delta Indonesia Pranenggar which is intended to know the effect of total quality management on employee job satisfaction by moderating the reward system at PT. Delta Indonesia Pranenggar. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study was 92 employees. Data aids technique with questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 21 software. The results of tests that have been done indicate that the total positive quality management on employee job satisfaction at PT. Delta Indonesia Pranenggar. Total quality management values employee job satisfaction by moderating the reward system at PT. Delta Indonesia Pranenggar
