Village Government is a government agency that has the authority to run its own government, while the authority is one of them in the Development of Infrastructure in Gumanti Village. The village government prepares village development plans in accordance with its authority with reference to district / city development planning. Village communities have the right to monitor the implementation of village development. village development, the Village Head can be accompanied by professional assistants, village community empowerment cadres, and third parties.
The purpose of this study is to explain the Implementation of the Village Government Work Plan (RKPDes) in the Field of Development in Gumanti Village, Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 2017-2018 and the inhibiting factors that influence development in the village. This research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research.
The results of this study were that the implementation of the Village Government Work Plan (RKPDes) in the Field of Development in the Gumanti Village of Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2017-2018 was not optimal. Gumanti Village Government, Procedures for implementing village development, and any programs made in the Gumanti Village RKPDes. The factors that hamper the implementation of development are limited budget, lack of human resources so that planning or implementation of development has not been running optimally, as well as lack of community participation in planning development activities or implementation which is one of the causes of development in Gumanti Village.
