Pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Siak

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, competence and work discipline on the performance of Siak District Health Office employees. The population in this study included all employees of the Siak District Health Office, totaling 79 people. Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use multiple regression analysis with SPSS. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method (79 employees of the Siak District Health Office).
The results showed that: 1) Motivation, competence and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Siak District Health Office, 2) Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Siak District Health Office employee, 3) Competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance Siak District Health Office, 4) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Siak District Health Office employees.
