Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah Ii Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru Regional Office II. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline with organizational commitment as an intervening variable partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru Regional Office II. This research was conducted using the special method on 145 employees who were sampled. The research variables used are motivation and work discipline as independent variables, organizational commitment as intervening variables, and performance as dependent variables. Data analysis method used is path analysis using SPSS 23 for windows.
The results of this study concluded that the variables of motivation and work discipline as well as organizational commitment as an intervening variable partially or simultaneously had a significant effect on performance, the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0, 682, meaning that the percentage of influence of work motivation, work discipline and organizational commitment to employee performance amounted to 68.2%. While the remaining 31.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this path.
