Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility, Efisiensi, Leverage Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Dan Nilai Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Pada Periode 2014-2018

The study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, efficiency, leverage on financial performance and firm value. The population in this study includesall mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total of 46 mining sectors.In this study visited the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange which published an annual report in 2014-2018. The research samples are 30 mining sectors which have been selected by using purposive sampling method.Analysis data technique usesstructural equation modeling-partial least square. The results showed that corporate social responsibility which has a significant positive on financial performance, efficiency has a negative andnot significant on financial performance, Leverage has a significant negative on financial performance, corporate social responsibility has a negative not significant on firm value, efficiency has a negative value and is significant on firm value, leverage has a negative not significant on firm value, financial performance has a positive value not significant to the value on firm value, corporate social responsibility has a negative effect and does not have a direct influence on firm value through financial performance, efficiency has a negative effect and does not have a direct influence on firm value through financial performance, leverage has a negative effect and does not have a direct effect on firm value through financial performance
