The purpose of this study was to. Analyze the effect of the 7P Marketing Mix on Go-Food services on purchasing decisions. Analyze the effect of Purchasing Decisions on Customer Satisfaction.. Analyze the effect of the 7P Marketing Mix on Go-Food services on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.data in this study were obtained from the research questionnaire, the method used in this study is PLS analysis. The sampling technique in this study using Purposive Sampling, the total sample is 130 people. The result Of Study is variable of product, price, promotion, process positive and significant impact on the purchasing decisions, variable of place, people and physical evidence has no influence on purchasing decisions. variable of product, price, promotion, process positive and significant impact oncustomer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, and variable of place, people and physical evidence has no influence ononcustomer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.
