The production process is a method, method and technique of how to add benefits or create benefits, form, time and place of the factors of production so that it can be beneficial for the fulfillment of consumer needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision and long term relationship on the production process at PT. Dian AnggaraPersada, Kandis, Siak Regency, Riau.
This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study amounted to 48 people. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 21 software.The results of tests that have been done show that simultaneously shows that supervision and long term relationship has an influence on the production process at PT. Dian AnggaraPersada, Kandis, Siak Regency, Riau proved to be quite good, this can be seen from the good supervision and the total number of incoming fruits that meet the needs of the company.
