Analisis Perbandingan Pendapatan Dan Nilai Tambah Usaha Kerupuk Lomang Ubi Di Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the differences in income and added value of the Lomang Sweet
Potato Crackers Industry in Kuok District, Kampar Regency. This research was conducted
during November 2019. Determination of the respondents was done by purposive method,
respondents consisted of 5 sweet potato lomang cracker industries. Data collection was
carried out by means of observation, namely by observing the situation on the ground and
interviewing directly from the owner or employee of the lomang yam cracker industry using a
questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, which is to find a general
description of the lomang yam cracker industry and quantitative analysis, namely revenue
analysis using the t one sample test method and value added analysis. The results showed that
the income earned by the home industry in producing lomang yam crackers for one month in
2019 was the income of entrepreneurs from lomang crackers in Kuok sub-district with the
lowest income of Rp. 1,520,000. While respondents who received a large income of Rp.
5,320,000 namely Lomang Wati crackers comparison showed that the difference in the
average income of lomang sweet potato crackers in Kuok District at a 95% confidence level
was obtained t count value of 0.025)
