Produktivitas Primer Berdasarkan Metode Oksigen Di Danau Tuok Tonga Desa Buluh Cina Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
Abstract
Tuok Tonga lake in one of the oxbow lakes located in Siak Hulu Sub-District,
Kampar District, Riau Province. This lake is used by the local community as a
place to catch fish. A research aimed to understand the primary productivity based
on oxygen method. A research was conducted in June-July 2019. Water samples
were taken in three stations, that is Station 1 (inlet), Station 2 (middle of the lake),
Station 3 (end of lake). In the each station there were 2 sampling point, in the
surface and in the 2 Secchi depth was done once/week. Water quality parameters
measured were dissolved oxygen, carbondioxide, pH, temperature, transperancy,
depth, nitrate and phosphate. Primary productivity analyzed using the
Vollenweider formula (1969). Result shown that primary productivity was
216.44-378.80 gC/m3/day. Water quality parameters were as follows: depth
ranges 125-284 cm, transparency ranges 61.67-62.33 cm, temperature 29.67-
31.67oC, pH 5, dissolved oxygen 3.37-4.94 mg/L, carbondioxide 6.65-14.65
mg/L, nitrate 0.02-0.08 mg/L and phosphate 0.03-0.15 mg/L. Based on primary
productivity in Lake Tuok Tonga can be catorized as mesotrophic.
