Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kampar
This research was conducted of the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten
Kampar, located on Jl. Prof. M. Yamin SH 83, Bangkinang, Kabupaten Kampar, Riau, to
analyze the influence of leadership, discipline and competence simultaneously on
employee performance. analyzing the influence of leadership partially on employee
performance, partially analyzing discipline on employee performance and analyzing
competence partially on employee performance of the Badan Pendapatan Daerah
Kabupaten Kampar.
Primary data were collected with a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the
results of the study. Examining the hypothesis in this study was using multiple linear
regression analysis through SPSS 23 program. The population of this study were all
employees of the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kampar, which amounted to 55
employees. This study uses all members of the population total sample (total sampling).
In this study there are 4 (four) variables, namely employee performance (Y) as the
dependent variable and the independent variable consisting of leadership (X1) discipline
(X2) and competence (X3).
The results of the research shows that leadership, discipline and competition
simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance, Likewise leadership
partially has a significant effect on employee performance, discipline has a partially
significant effect on employee performance and competency has a partially significant
effect on employee performance of the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kampar.
