Analisis Kepuasan Konsumen Atas Atribut Produk Starbucks Coffee Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This research was purposed to find out the the level of customer
satisfaction with Starbucks product attributes in Pekanbaru City.
The population in this study was Starbucks Coffee consumers in
Pekanbaru City and the sample in this study was 108 respondents. The data used
in this study are primary data and the analytical tool used in this study is the
Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).
The results of this study stated that of the 18 Product attributes contents
the indicator, only 10 indicators that meet consumer expectations, which are
located in quadrant B. Whereas for indicators of prices, services, cafe location,
fulfillment of expectations, and feelings of satisfaction using products classified as
quadrant A and must be increased again to the level of satisfaction optimal or be
very satisfied.
