Recruitment Officer Haji is the officer who provide guidance, care and protection to pilgrims in Indonesia and in Saudi Arabia during the Hajj operation. while the officers who took part in the rituals of the Hajj by pilgrims called officers who accompany the pilgrims.
This study aims to determine the pattern of recruitment officer at the Ministry of Religious Haji Pekanbaru City. The problem of this research is how the pattern of recruitment officer at the Ministry of Religious Haji Pekanbaru City and constraints in the Recruitment Officer Haji. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach, which is a method of research that produces descriptive data in the form of written words of the resources obtained.
Based on the results obtained in this study is a Recruitment Officer Hajj pattern used by the ministry of religion there are three patterns of the pattern of searching, finding patterns, and interesting patterns in the activities of the Ministry of Religious stages starting up Provincial Center area. In their recruitment process guided by the Directorate General of the Ministry of Religious recruited while the source is internal resources and recruitment methods are the open method which is still within the scope of religious ministry employees in the city of Pekanbaru. so no interest candidates to register and this is an obstacle that affects ineffective in recruiting officer Hajj.
