Analisis Pengaruh Intellectual Capital Dan Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dan Corporate Sustainable Growth Pada Sektor Makanan Dan Minuman
This study is aimed to examine and analysis the influence of intellectual capital and good corporate governance on firm value and corporate sustainable growth from 2014- 2018. This study was conducted in Pekanbaru.
The population of this study is food and beverage sector from 2014- 2018. The sample of the study is all companies were selected by purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria, 13 companies were chosen as the samples of this study. The data used consist of secondary data. Data were collected by using annual report of the samples. This study used multiple linear regression analysis was used to test whether the independent variables affect the dependent variable.
The results of this study are found that intellectual capital, good corporate governance, firm size, firm age and leverage have a significant and positive effect on firm value. Then, intellectual capital, good corporate governance and firm size have a significant and positive effect on corporate sustainable growth, while firm age and leverage have not a significant effect on corporate sustainable growth. The limitations of this study are driven by the variable and sample size. Therefore further reseacrh can use other variables and extension other industries could bring the comprehensive results.
