Strategi Pemenangan Politik H. Azis Zaenal, Sh., Mm Dan Catur Sugeng Susanto, Sh Pada Pemilihan Bupati Dan Wakil Bupati Kampar Tahun 2017
Election of regional heads is one form of democratic practice. This research was conducted with the aim to find out the political winning strategy of candidate pair H. Aziz Zaenal, SH., MM and Catur Sugeng Susanto, SH in the election of Regent and Deputy Regent of Kampar in 2017, as well as inhibiting and supporting factors that occurred in the election of Regent and Deputy Regent Kampar period 2017-2022.
This study uses analytical descriptive methods with qualitative research types. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The theoretical framework used by researchers is a strategy theory in which to find out the political winning strategy of the pair H. Azis Zaenal, SH., MM and Chess Sugeng Susanto, SH in the 2017 election of Regent and Deputy Regent of Kampar Regency.
The results showed that the winning strategies of H. Azis Zaenal, SH., MM and Catur Sugeng Susanto, SH were: Corporate strategy: forming a winning team, maximizing the structural, members, and sympathizers of the supporting political parties, and forming a consultant politicians and volunteer winners of the ambassador Azis Zaenal, SH., MM. The strategy program carried out the recruitment of the winning team and used three important elements, namely: the campaign / winning team, structural, members, and supporters of the supporting political parties, and the winning volunteers. While the campaign method is to hold face-to-face and dialogue meetings, grand campaigns, and using props and campaign materials. Resource support strategy (ambassador for resource support) ambassador H. Azis Zaenal, SH., MM who was very instrumental in winning, winning financial resources, and utilizing technology resources. Institutional strategy maximizes the votes that can be structural supportive political parties, structural winning teams, and ambassador H. Azis Zaenal, SH., MM to invite to choose this pair. Supporting factors in this winning strategy are political capital, social capital, cultural capital, and economic capital. The inhibiting factor was the busyness of the campaign / winning team, several ambassadors H. Azis Zaenal, SH., MM worked not optimally, damaged some campaign attributes and campaign materials, some dialogical campaign schedules did not go according to the agenda.
