The purpose of this research was to identify and analyze The Effect of
transparency, Competence and Community Participation on accountability in managing
village fund allocations. This empirical study of villages in Koto Kampar Hulu subdistrict,
XIII Koto Kampar sub-district, Kuok Sub-district and Salo Sub-district, Kampar
District, which amounted to 34 villages.
Data used in this research is primary data with questionnaire as instrument. The
method used in the selection sample is saturated sample ( census ). The number of
samples in this study was 136 respondents. However, only 112 (82,35%) respondents
returned the quesioneaire and could be processed. Hypothesis test used in this multiple
linear analize using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22.0.
The result of the study showed that transparency, competence and community
participation have an influencing on the accountability of the management of the
allocation of village funds.
