Pengaruh Total Quality Management, Sistem Penghargaan, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Partisipasi Anggaran Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Bumn Di Kota Pekanbaru)
This study aims to determine and prove empirically : 1) the effect of TQM
technique on managerial performance, 2) the effect of the reward system on managerial
performance, 3) the effect of organizational commitment on managerial performance,
and 4 ) the influence of budget participation on performance. managerial. The
population that is used in research this is a state-owned company branch city
of Pekanbaru, Riau . The samples in this study were the managers in each company
owned enterprises in the city of Pekanbaru which is determined by using a
convenience sampling . The type of data used in this study is primary data using a
questionnaire . Data analysis
was performed using regression analysis multiple uses SPSS. The results of this
study show that : 1) TQM affect the performance manjerial which is evident from the
value t count 2,808> t table 1.667 or Sig 0.006 > 0.05 , 2) System rewards affect the
performance manjerial which is evident from the value t count 3,570> t table 1,667 or
0,001 sig t table 1.667 or sig of 0.030 t table 1.667
