Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan,Profitabilitas, Audit Tenure,Umur Perusahaan, Dan Solvabilitas Terhadap Audit Delay Pada Perusahaan Property Dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bei) Tahun 2016-2018

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of company size on audit delay in
property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the period 2016-2018. (2) The
Effect of Profitability on Audit Delay in Property and Real estate companies listed on the
IDX for the 2016-2018 period. (3) Effect of Audit Tenure on Audit Delay in Property and
Real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period. (4) The influence of
company age on Audit Delay in Property and Real estate companies listed on the IDX for
the 2016-2018 period. (5) The effect of solvency on Audit Delay in Property and Real
estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period.The population in this study
were property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2018. The sampling
technique was carried out by using purposive sampling method which resulted in 51
sample companies. The data used is secondary data. This study uses multiple linear
regression analysis and hypothesis testing, namely the partial regression test (t test) and
the coefficient of determination (R2).The results of this study indicate that (1) company
size has an effect on audit delay as indicated by a significance value of 0 0.05. (5) solvency has an effect on audit delay indicated
by a significance value of 0.006
