Evaluasi Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Berbasis Rukun Warga (PMBRW) Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research is motivated by the city of Pekanbaru is an area that is developing with a fast tempo certainly can not be separated from economic problems. The Community-Based Community Empowerment Program (PMBRW) is listed in Perda Number 05 of 2016 about of Community-Based Community Empowerment Programs in Pekanbaru City, a program implemented by the local government of Pekanbaru in reducing poverty in the City of Pekanbaru, besides that the Community-Based Community Empowerment Program (PMBRW) has a purpose in development of regional potential with cultural values and local wisdom.
The purpose of this study was to determine how the Community-Based Pillars of Community Empowerment Program (PMBRW) in Pekanbaru City and what factors were inhibiting the influence of the Community-Based Pillars of Community Empowerment Program (PMBRW) in Pekanbaru City, this study used a descriptive qualitative research method approach. Primary data obtained directly through interviews from informants, namely the District Head of the District of Pekanbaru City. Secondary data obtained through online media, journals and theses related to the Community-Based Community Empowerment Program (PMBRW).
The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Community-Based Community Empowerment Program (PMBRW) has not achieved the expected results, where the implementation has not been understood by the community so that the achievement of the program's objectives is not optimal namely social empowerment, economic empowerment and environmental empowerment and lack of cooperation by the government to socialize the program and the continuation of programs that do not yet exist.
