Pengaruh Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Partisipasi Masyarakat Dan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa (Studi Empiris Pada Pemerintah Desa Di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu)

This study aims to determine at the effect of transparancy, aacountability,
community participation and quality of human resources on village financial
management. The population in this study was 139 villages in Rokan Hulu
Regency. The sample used was a sample of 58 villages with a total of 232
respondents using the propoportional stratified random sampling method. This
study uses primary data using a questionnaire. In this study, the questionnare
distributed to 232 repondents was successfully retrieved with the answer obtained
by 220 respondents. The analytical method used in this research in linear multiple
regression analysis. The analytical tool used in this study is Product Statistics and
Service Solution (SPSS) version 22.0. The results of this study indicate that
transparency, accountability, community participation, quality of human
resources and village financial management.
