Pengaruh Time Budget Pressure, Sifat Machiavellian Kompleksitas Tugas, Stres Kerja, Etika Profesi Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Perilaku Disfungsional Auditor (Studi Kasus Kantor Akuntan Publik Di Sumatra)
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of time budget pressure,
machiavellian nature, task complexity, job stress, professional ethics and
organizational commitment to auditor's dysfunctional behavior. The data used in
this study are primary data. The population in this study is the public accounting
firm located in Sumatra. the number of samples obtained in this study were 155
people from the entire population. The sampling method is Purposive Sampling,
where the researcher determines the sampling by specifying specific
characteristics that fit the purpose of the study. The statistical test aid used in this
study was SPSS version 25.0. The results of this study based on the R2 obtained
(48.50%) showed the variable time budget pressure, machiavellian nature, task
complexity, job stress, professional ethics and organizational commitment
together influence the auditor's dysfunctional behavior of 48.50%.
