This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the effects of
transparency, competence, community participation, the use of information
technology and internal control systems on village government accountability in
managing village fund allocations carried out in Pangean District and Kuantan
Hilir District Kuantan Singingi District in 2020.
The population in this study are all villages in Pangean and Kuantan Hilir
sub-districts in Kuantan Singingi District. Samples were selected using the
purposive proportional random sampling method. Based on the purposive
proportional random sampling method, the samples obtained were 93 respondents
from 31 villages represented by 3 rural people. Data were analyzed using
multiple regression analysis using SPPS version 25.
Based on the test results of this study, a partial regression test (t test)
shows that transparency (Sig 0.008), competence (Sig 0.022), Utilization of
Information Technology (Sig 0.002), and Internal Control System (Sig 0,000),
affect the accountability of fund management village because the significant value
is less than () 0.05.
