This study aims to describe the narcotics crime phenomena that occur in the Philippines, as well as the involvement of foreign syndicate dealers within. The existence of drugs has long been a problem for the Philippines, not only threatening security problems but also related to health, social and economic problems. What makes this business successful in the Philippines is none other than the high demand.
This research theoretically has built by using theory of national security by Steven Spiegel and supported by transnational organized crime concepts. Formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoritical framework in this research using qualitative explanation methods. This research also using international system as the level of analyze.
This study aims to describe a policy taken by the Philippines, War On Drugs, which is considered controversial for the international world. The author will examine how the Philippines applying War On Drugs with extrajudicial killings can have the impacts on the circulation of narcotics in the Philippines by foreign syndicates since the leadership of President Rodrigo Duterte.
