Potensi Jintan Hitam (Nigella Sativa) Untuk Meningkatkan Pertahanan Tubuh Non-Spesifik Pada Benih Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus Nemurus)
As the development of comprehension immune responds or immunity on interfacing infection and other diseases affecting the development of the research about the components which affected the immune responds. This research was done on December 2019-February 2020 at Fish Hatchery Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty University Islamic of Riau and Laboratory Fish Parasite and Diseases University of Riau. This research was aimed to know Black Cumin ( Nigella Sativa ) respond on increasing fingerling fish (H. nemurus) immune system. The advantages from this study was it can be used as reference on baung fingerling fish business. The method used in this study was experiment with Randomized Block Design with one factor contained five treatments and three repetition. The treatments were adding Black Cumin powder for increasing immune system with dosage 0,5, 10, 15, and 20 g/kg feed. The rearing for this study was 30 days long and the result indicated that the 20 g/kg weight was the best for fish rearing. The best result on the measurements of fish blood parameter were the total of erythrocytes, hematocrit, hemoglobin, total leukocytes, weight-gain, growth-rate, growth-rate per day, survival rate and the quality of water.
