Pengaruh Promosi Terhadap Kualitas Produk Serta Terhadap Volume Penjualan Mobil Jenis SUV Merek Toyota Rush Di PT. Agung Toyota Soetomo Pekanbaru Tahun 2015-2018
The development of the automotive industry in Indonesia is increasingly advanced, and the complex forces businesses engaged in the field to be able to keep up with the changes, including the promotion and quality of products in the effort to increase sales. This research has made PT Agung Toyota Soetomo Pekanbaru. The population of this research is a consumer who has ever bought products products car type SUV brand Toyota Rush A number of 248 people and draw samples using ISAAC and Michael method so that the sample obtained a number of 142 people, but because of the field constraints researchers only obtained data from 69% of respondents with the amount of 98 people. The sampling techniques used in this study are random sampling.
Statistic inferential use in this research is a method of Structural Equation Model -based Partial LEAST Square (PLS) with Smart PLS 2.0 M3. Choice of method PLS based on consideration that in this study there is a construct formed with reflecsive indicator and the testing of a series of recursion and double.
Research purpose of this thesis is to know and analyze the influence of promotion and quality of products to the Product sales Volume of car TYPE SUV brand Toyota Rush IN PT Agung Toyota Soetomo Pekanbaru. The Test results showed that the promotion role in the influence of product sales of CAR products type SUV brand TOYOTA Rush in PT Agung Toyota Soetomo Pekanbaru. The results showed that the promotion had a positive influence on the product sales volume of car products TYPE SUV brand Toyota Rush with a significant rate of 0.526. Then the T-statistics value is 8.945 or > 1,962, and the p-values value of 0.000 or < 0.5 which means H1 is acceptable. Furthermore, promosi significant effect on sales Volume. The test results showed that the original sample was positive, which amounted to 0.376. Then the T-statistics value is 3.955 or > 1,962, and the P-values value is 0.000 or < of 0.5. Thus H2 is acceptable. Product quality significantly affects the sales Volume of small businesses. The test results showed that the original sample was positive, which amounted to 0.446. Then the T-statistics value is 5.160 or > 1,962, and the P-values value is 0.000 or > of 0.5. Thus H3 is acceptable.
