Water is a basic human need that must be fulfilled. In the city of Pekabaru, people generally use drilled well water as a source of clean water and only a few use water from PDAM. This is because the quality, quantity and continuity of water still do not meet customer satisfaction. This can be seen from the small number of subscribers when compared to the population of Pekanbaru city. For Pekanbaru City, the provision of clean water services is carried out by the Regional Owned Enterprises, Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Siak which is under the auspices of the Pekanbaru City Government. However, clean water management that is carried out has various problems, including technical and non-technical constraints. However, this often occurs due to the condition of the water source itself, often the condition of water quality, quantity and continuity is unstable. The disruption of water management at BUMD occurs due to many factors that influence it. Of these many factors, the research focuses on what causes the problem of clean water management in PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City. Especially in the quality of raw water sources and the quality of drinking water, which causes disruption in the management of the company. The quality of raw water sources and managed drinking water sources is determined by how the manager manages the raw water sources so that they become drinking water that meets the quality standards stipulated in the Minister of Health Regulation No.907/Menkes/Per/IX/2002. So that the parameters of raw water quality and drinking water quality can determine the sustainability of PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City management. Research on Sustainable Analysis of the Management of Tirta Siak Drinking Water Company in Pekanbaru City aims;1) Analyzing the raw water quality of PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City,2) Analyzing the drinking water quality of PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City,3) Analyzing the sustainability status of PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City Management.
This research was conducted from May to July 2020, in the Tampan Drinking Water Treatment Plant, in each processing branch (IKK), PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City office and its drinking water customers. The research method includes survey methods, in-depth interviews, field observations and measurements. The data analysis carried out is analysis of raw water quality and analysis of drinking water quality with survey methods and quantitative descriptive approaches, analysis of the level of sustainability includes attributes related to three dimensions of sustainable development, namely; ecological, economic, and socio-cultural dimensions as well as MDS analysis using the Rap-PDAM technique to determine the status of the sustainability of the management of the Tirta Siak Regional Drinking Water Company in Pekanbaru City.

Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the sustainability condition of PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City is based on the results of the ecological and economic dimensions which are quite sustainable, while the socio-cultural dimensions are not sustainable. The main priority that must be done in the sustainable management of the company is to consider 9 leveraging factors, namely drinking water quality, water availability, operating ratio, billing effectiveness, solvency, number of employees ratio, employee training ratio, employee training ratio, level of complaint resolution, consumption. domestic water, thus the sustainability status of PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City management will also increase, considering that clean water is a basic need that must be met.
