ABSTRACK
This study aims to draw plans and calculate the Budget Plan (RAB) for a 2-storey
house type 450 m2 Couple House. This study uses literature methods, field
observations and interviews for data collection. The final results of the study
obtained a 2-storey Couple house plan with an area of 450 m2 with a Budget Plan
(RAB) having a price of IDR 1,723,921,000.00 (One Billion Seven Hundred
Twenty Three Million Nine Hundred Twenty One Thousand Rupiah) and Price/m2
amounting to Rp. 3,482,668 (Three Million Four Hundred Eighty Two Thousand
Six Hundred Sixty Eight Rupiah) which does not include the cost of Value Added
Tax (VAT) of 10%
