Tinjauan Efisiensi Struktur Kolom Dan Balok Pada Proyek Gedung Kampus Stie Dan Stikom Yayasan Pelita Indonesia Kota Pekanbaru-Riau
ABSTRACT
Structure efficiency includes structural design objectives that are
relatively more economical. The efficiency of a structure is considered high if the
ratio of the strength of the structure to the weight of the structure is also high.
Efficiency is needed as a planning guide so that the planning process can produce
effective and efficient results. In this report the authors make efficient the column
and beam structure in the STIE and STIKOM Pekanbaru-Riau City Campus
Building Project, to determine the efficient construction of columns and beams.
The material data used by the author is the same as the data used in the project.
The method used in the structural analysis of the beam uses the SAP2000v14
program and the column uses manual calculations, and the Matchad program as a
reinforcement calculation aid. The process of reviewing the efficiency of the
structure and describing the detailed cross-section of elements and structures
follows SNI 03-1726-2012, SNI 03-2847-2013, and SNI 1727-1989. The results
of the comparison of the percentage of the average cross-sectional area of
concrete for columns are 13%, the cross-sectional area of concrete beams is
34.6% on average, and the average reinforcement area is 37.57% smaller than the
planner. With the calculation of the Budget Plan for the column structure and
beam structures from the first to the third floor, the total cost that has been
included with the VAT value of 10% is Rp. 3,520,045,000.00.
